Well... I finally got around to making my first tutorial video. I think it came out pretty darn cool if I don't say. This was my first time doing any video editing or recording so I spent the last two weeks running it through my head on how to make these videos as helpful and easy to follow. My voice wasn't made to do documentary voice-overs so I had to write captions to help the viewer through the process.
Why Flow-aid? I love this stuff! I'll be using this stuff throughout my future painting tutorial videos that I'll be doing so that it was best to get this video up and done with. Flow-aid is exactly what the name says. It helps your paint flow better. When you add excessive amounts of water to your paint, especially if you are wet blending and layering, the pigments in your paint start to get unstable and even start to appear chalky. Flow-aid is pretty much a mixture you use to keep your pigments vibrant yet translucent.
I hope you enjoyed the video or at least got you excited to see new videos I'll be doing on my spare time. Remember to consistently check back and visit
The Hobby Bar section as I have several videos I will be posting in the next couple of weeks.
